Pretty cool to be on the field, and we were on it a long time waiting for ALL the athletes to march in and make a cool rainbow flag with our glow sticks.  But, waiting that long after already waiting several hours to get in kind of takes some of the fun out of being first in...a seat sounds so much more comfortable! ;)

Our home for the week.  Hosted by Belmont Yacht Club and boats provided by Chicago Sailing, out the middle onto Lake Michigan.

Yup, that's it!  Welcoming hosts in a small but mighty yacht club.

Here's where teams came in to swap boats for the next race.

SFST hosted a sailor's party at their flat the night before finals.  The house also had some of the GUST team in the upstairs flat. 

While we wait for enough wind to build for our final races, what a better time for a group photo!
